Noise cancellation is okay not bad but could be better, and the 3 modes takes some getting use to. The bass is good you can get a good distinction of the instruments used when listening to music. Can hear background noise when in a loud area but can’t hear when it’s high in volume and in a quiet place. Okay, for
I like them very much solid pair of headphones good music good volume and bass transparency mode is good you can set how much noise you let in from the outside via the app which makes it even better, your ANC needs work though through an update maybe. I've experienced some break, cloudy and static sounds while traveling with a very noisy bus, the 48 hours of battery life with these settings off is very nice if you want to prolong your listening time. Overall a very good product I'm happy with it plus it has the ability to connect with your desktop via the included USB type C cable (can't use them wirelessly while charging) for some of us double it as a gaming headset. It's been a good experience.
The noise cancelling is really bad
I bought this for my dad. It was easy to set it up for him. So far he hasn’t came to me ask for help and my dad is not very tech savvy. The noise canceling part actually works really well. Overall my dad really likes this headphone.
Overall, these are my favorite headphones I've ever had. They are incredibly, insanely comfortable. I have a pair of AirPods that I only wear when necessary because they just don't compete on a comfort level. That said, it can sometimes be challenging to adjust the volume on these headphones using the device buttons as they're so small and close together. Additionally, sometimes the earphones get confused when you're trying to switch Bluetooth from one device to another (like when you're battery on your iPad is running low and you want to switch back over to pairing with your phone). But these are all minor complaints.I've had these headphones since Dec 2021 and they're still going strong, still comfortable, with decent battery life, all at a reasonable price point. What more can you ask for, really?
