What methods of payment do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

How do I place an order?

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart".

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, accounts are totally optional.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we support shipping to North America, most European countries, some Asian countries. If your location is not available in the country list when you enter your address, it means that shipping is not currently provided to your location. We apologize for the inconvenience and we plan to support more countries very soon in the future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is 4 to14 business days after we confirm your payment. In case of more than one product in the same order, the shipment time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, so if you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.

What is your return policy?

Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.

When will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
