True wireless stereo Earbuds:

 

Cannot charge the earbuds

1.Please ensure the charging case is fully charged.

2.Wipe the charging pins of both earbuds and charging case.

3.Put the earbuds back in the case, and gently press them to ensure they are properly connected with the case.

4.Please contact the customer service for further assistance.

 

No sound from one earbud

1.Please ensure the earbud is fully charged.

2.Follow instructions in the corresponding manual to re-perform the Left & Right earbuds connection.

3.The earbuds will re-enter Bluetooth pairing upon the Left & Right earbuds connection is done, please select them in your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

4.Please contact the customer service for further assistance.

 

The earbuds do not power on

1.Please ensure both earbuds and charging case are fully charged.

2.Please ensure there is no stain on the charging pins of both earbuds and charging case.

3.If the earbuds have not been used for a long period of time, check if the indicators of the charging case/earbuds are lit before taking out the earbuds.

4.Please contact the customer service for further assistance.

 

Cannot connect via Bluetooth

1.Please ensure both earbuds and charging case are fully charged.

2.Please ensure the earbuds are powered on and have entered Bluetooth pairing.

3.Follow instructions in the corresponding manual to restore the earbuds to factory settings.

4.Please ensure the Bluetooth device is the latest version.

5.Try another device for connection.

Headphones:

 

No sound from one headphone

1.Try another device for audio playing.

2.Clear pairing records with the mobile phone, turn off and restart the headset to reconnect to the phone.

 

Cannot connect to mobile phone

1.Please ensure the headset has entered Bluetooth pairing.

2.Clear pairing records with the mobile phone, turn off and restart the headset to re-enter Bluetooth pairing.

3.Try another device for connection.

4.Please contact the customer service for further assistance.

 

Cannot connect to computer

1.Please ensure the Bluetooth function of the computer is enabled.

2.Select this headset in the computer's Bluetooth list to connect.

3.For computers connected previously, clear pairing records in the computer and let the headset re-enter Bluetooth pairing to reconnect to the computer.

4.Try another computer for connection.

5.Check if the computer's Bluetooth driver is correctly installed.

No sound from the microphone after connected to a computer

1.Open the computer's Bluetooth setting and set the Hands-Free audio as the microphone output.

2.If no "Hands-Free", click the sound setting and set the headset as the audio output and microphone input.

3.Try another computer for connection.

Bluetooth transmission is not smooth

1.Bluetooth transmission may be affected by various factors, such as weak signal from the mobile phone and inadequate buffer of online playing.

2.Please ensure the headphones are within effective distance (10m) and there are no obstacles (e.g. wireless devices etc. ) between the headphones and mobile phone.

 

Cannot control previous/next track in Bluetooth mode

Please ensure the paired device supports AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) profile.

 

Maintenance

1.Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit.

2.Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and make plastic components deformed.

3.Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.

4.Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.

5.Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.

6.Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.

7.Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting facade.

 

The call quality of the headphones are not good

1.Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.

2.Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and there are no obstacles between the headphones and mobile phone.

3.Clean the microphone to prevent foreign matter from falling into and blocking the sound transmission.
